All our activities are centered in the SISMEX development methodology.

The SISMEX methodology for system development, is a set of Phases, Activities and Tasks systematically structured from the request of a requirement to its implantation and maintenance, working through each one of the steps that it involves.

This Methodology was developed like a requirement towards any project, looking for:

To provide the body of knowledge, road maps, policy and procedures to organize, to plan and to execute the projects for our clients.
2) To standardize the processes and tools to make the project analysis.
3) Use the tools defined or necessary for system development and maintenance.
4) Facilitate the understanding and integration between the participants (stakeholders) of the project.

To assure the suitable documentation for all the activities involved, provided sufficient elements for the integration of new members to the work party and/or future updates to the system.
     

This methodology is basically defined on the following parts:

  Phases:
It is subdivided in each one of the Phases that are made up as well of activities and these integrate specific tasks.
  There are 6(six) phases through any system development and management project, there are just as equal as the project life cycle with just some differences that makes our system development methodology a unique, rapid deploy and most reliable tool in business.
Activities:   Tasks:
These are names that best describes the work we do in each and every project activity; for example if you look inside in one of the multiple activities of phase one, you could see with clear definition the whole project itself with all details, users, platforms, stakeholders, sponsors, project team and their skills, and more.
  The best definition for these are work package, they are the smallest part that can be build or create; once these pieces are completed the puzzle starts to take the form of an activity; for example imagine that you need a desktop computer and already have all the MACRO-pieces like the monitor, CPU, mouse and keyboard these MACRO-pieces are simple tasks and the activity itself is to connect a desktop computer, the pieces by themselves not connected in a proper way doesn't gave you any benefit, but if you connect all the pieces to completed the puzzle the activity will be finish and the next and previous activities will to make sense to the whole project by connecting themselves in some way. With our example the previous activity was to bought the MACRO-pieces in a hardware store, and the next activity will be install a program in our desktop computer… easy isn't?
Each one of the tasks involves products that must be emitted to be given to our clients.
Functions:
